| Monster Hunter Freedom COMPLETING THE DELIVER THE EGG QUEST Cheat Code |
Before Going To Area 2 To Kill Every Velocoprey That Jumps In There, You Need To Take Out All Your Potions And Rations Because You Will Need It Against Them. You Might Also Want To Bring With You Some Steaks. Once You Have Killed The Velocoprey, Move On To Area 3 Then To Area 4. Here Is When The Ratholos Swoop In And After Some Time, They Will Quit. Press X To Crouch Down And Then Walk Slowly Behind The Big Rock Near You While Watching The Ratholos From There. Just Make Sure That He Will Not See You. If You Manage To Keep Out Of His Sight, He Will Fly Off. From Here, Move On To Area 5 Where You Would Have To Kill The Four Remaining Velocoprey. There Should Be An Intermission Sequence That Will Show You Where The Nest Is Located, And Here Is Where You Need To Go Once You Have Killed All Velocoprey. Then, Eat All Your Rations Or Steaks. Look For The Eggs In The Nest.
Keep Monitoring Your Stamina, Because If It Has Gone All The Way Down You Will Break The Egg. Also, If You Are Attacked And Attempt To Use An Item, The Eggs Will Fall And Break. During This Time, You Can Go Back To Your Camp. Proceed To Area 4 And Then Area 3. Be On The Look Out For Ratholos In Any Of These Areas. And If You Should See Him, Run Back To The Previous Area And Wait There Until He Disappears. Oftentimes, When You Have Reached Area 2 On Your Way Back, There Will Be A Straggler There. But If You Have Managed To Kill Them All, You Should Be Safe; Instead, Watch Out For Vesipod. From Area 2, Head Back To Area 1 Then Go To Your Camp. Approach The Delivery Box And Press Circle To Successfully Deliver Your Egg. |

1] Bring A Weapon Between 600-700 Atk.
2] Bring Alot Of Potions And Bring A Forcaster.
3] Also Bring 10 Small Barrel Bombs And 3 Large Barrel Bombs.
4] If U Are A Blade Master Bring Alot Of Wetstones.
5] Also Bring 3 Physhosyums.
U Will Need The Physhosyrum To Find Were The Basarios Is, Once U Find Him He Will Be Descized As A Rock. Run Up 2 It But Not 2 Close And Put A Large Barrel Bomb With 1 Small Barrel Bomb Next 2 It. This Will Set Of The Large Barrel Bomb. The Wyvern Will Jump Out Of The Ground. U Need 2 Prepare 4 Battle And Get Ur Wetstones Ready. By The Way The Basarioss Weak Spot Is Its Stomach, If U Hit It Hard Enough U Will Be Able 2 Hit It In The Stomach Like Any Other Monster. Also If U Kill It While It His Is Injured U Will Collect A Basarios Wing Most Of The Time. |

Weapons To Use: Light/heavy Bowgun, Lance, Dual Swords. (try Getting A Weapon With Atleast Green Of Sharpness.)
You May Want To Use A Heavy Bowgun, As Basarios Is Slooow. Or The Dual Blades Using The Triangle + Circle Attack With Rage Mode.

As Many Bombs As Possible, Sleep Shots, And Any Good Shots You Can Find, Preferably Lvl 2 - 3 (pierce, Crag, Etc.)

Lotsa Paintballs
First, Look For A Row Of 4 Rocks, In A Row Going From Middle Height, High Height, Middle Height, Low Height. If You Find One, Throw It A Paintball.
If Its The Basarios, It Will Jump Up, If Not, Keep Looking.
Next, Try Getting It Asleep/paralyzed. Now, If You Got It Asleeped, Plant Two Big Bombs, On The Face Area, Then A Small One Near Those Two, Take Cover, And Boom. It Will Do It Massive Damage. After That, He Will Probably Go Into Rage Mode, But It Doesnt Matter Much.
Now, Make It Rush Into The Silver Rocks. They Explode And Also Do Massive Damage. Great Huh? Now Get The Exploding Shots, Load Them, And Aim For The Stomach. A Few Shots And The Stomach Will Crack Open. This Will Be Where You Will Be Aiming For. Shoot At It All The Time With The Exploding Shots. This Should Do, But If Not, Use The Traps I Said Before, And Catch Him Or Attack Its Stomach. Great! Your First Basarios With A Gun.

Do The Same Starting Strategy For The Guns To Get The Basarios Out Of The Floor. Now Lure Him Into Every Single Bomb Rock. After That, All Of You Dss, Whenever He Does The Poison (fart) Thingy, Get Near His Tail, As It Will Be Twisted Downwards, Then Use The Triangle + Circle Attack In Rage Mode. Do It Until You Cut His Tail (yeah, Its Just The Tip Though), With The Same Attack, Aim For His Stomach. Even If The Weapon Bounces Off, The Rage Mode Will Stop The Weapon From Bouncing (if You Use The Combo For The Tail). Now, When It Breaks, Position And Timing Will Mean Everything. Attack His Open Stomach. Massive Damage. Now That He Is Slow, You Wont Have Problem Here. With The Lance, Just Aim Upwards For The Tail, And Normally For The Stomach. Its Easier With Ds Though In My Opinion. Good Luck. |
